VERGE brings a new energy to the highly regarded Toll House Hotel and community of Los Gatos. The restaurant offers culinary delights that are sophisticated, locally sourced, culturally diverse, and Californian at heart. At the helm, Executive Chef Albert Nguyen-Phuoc has designed the new menu to showcase fresh and innovative Californian-fusion cuisine.
